 There are a number of websites on the internet selling tickets to Norton Center events.  Many of these sites claim to have the cheapest seats, best deals, access to sold out events, VIP experiences, and seats in sections of the theatre that are actually not available.  They also charge astronomical processing fees and often sell tickets at much higher prices than are available by calling our box office directly or visiting NortonCenter.com.   

While these websites may seem affiliated with or connected to the Norton Center, they are not.  Some examples of these types of ticket brokers include VividSeats.com, ticketofficesales.com, or ticket-center.com, just to name a few.  Often, they include the words “Norton Center” in the URL or purchase ads at the top of the Google search page to throw off those looking for tickets directly from our website.  Unfortunately, this is an issue being faced by sports and entertainment centers across the country and even when a ticket broker is operating within the law, you still pay much more than you need to, and not one cent of the markup goes to support the artists or our theatre.

 We want you to enjoy our shows and to pay a fair price for tickets.  You may be asking yourself, what can I do to make sure I am buying tickets straight from a venue? Here are a few tips:

 1. Instead of googling the web address, type our url directly into your web browser. In our case, https://www.nortoncenter.com.  If you are already on our website, clicking on “buy tickets” will take you to our dedicated ticketing purchase service, Etix.

 2. Make sure the ticket price you are seeing seems to fit the price you have paid for similar shows at our venue.  We work very hard to keep ticket prices low, and that includes not charging high processing fees, or shipping & handling costs. If something looks fishy to you when purchasing tickets online, you feel that a fee or charge is strangely high, or if you simply are not comfortable purchasing tickets online, please call us and let us process your tickets for you over the phone.
